Understanding the Incomprehensible
Children of incest or long-term sexual abuse grow up to be wounded adults with complicated emotional issues. Unfortunately, some symptoms are misinterpreted or often dismissed as "crazy", only serving to maintain a tormented victim status. We, as a society, have the power to change this dynamic. Each of us can make a difference.

Grace, I spent quite a bit of time trying to understand what you meant when you made this set originally. I was glad you put it here so that gave me a chance to ponder it even more. I had a long conversation with my husband about it too. I remember from the begining of my healing recognizing what I called "smoke screens" which I believe that the devil his angels and followers put up to make those of us healing and telling the truth look crazy and sound crazy.
